1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website located at www.manea.net (the "Site"), operated by Manea Events ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.
2. Services
Manea Events provides Hawaiian luau shows, Polynesian entertainment, fire performances, Hawaiian catering, and related event services ("Services") across Southern California, Las Vegas, Nevada, and Florida. The Site is used to provide information about our Services and to facilitate booking inquiries.
All bookings and service agreements are subject to a separate written contract or booking confirmation. These Terms govern your use of the Site only and do not constitute a service agreement for any event.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site
- Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Site
4. Booking Inquiries and Quotes
Submitting a quote request or contact form through the Site does not constitute a confirmed booking. All bookings require a signed agreement and deposit as specified in our booking confirmation. Prices displayed on the Site are starting prices and may vary based on event details, location, travel requirements, and add-ons.
A 25% gratuity is applied to all entertainment services. Events located more than 20 miles from Torrance, CA are subject to a travel service charge. Events in Wine Country, Palm Springs, San Diego, and out-of-state locations are subject to additional service charges.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and software — is the property of Manea Events or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without our express written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANEA EVENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Manea Events and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
